Ken Williams Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Founder
Ken is an established entrepreneur and seasoned executive having held Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Business Development positions with Qualcomm, TDK, EPCOS, and Bell Communications Research. He holds a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and also Economics from Syracuse University and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Kathy Williams Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Kathy is an accomplished educator and administrator with twenty plus years of experience in both private and public sectors. She has held Teaching and Administrator positions in traditional Public and Charter Schools. Kathy is also the Founder/Executive Director of a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Friends In Need Children’s Center (FINCC). She is also a Founding Board Member and Vice Chairwoman of Elect Women NJ. She holds a Bachelors in Management from Syracuse University, a Masters in Education from Adelphi University and a Masters in Administration from Kean University.
